Pay for trips, meals and more quickly and securely online. Cash top‑ups available via PayPoint.
Welcome to our online payments system
From 1 April 2017, parents and carers make payments directly to the school online for trips, school meals and other items using ParentPay.
Prefer to use cash? You can still top‑up your ParentPay account in local shops using PayPoint (see below).
How to get started
- Activate your account. Use the activation code sent by the school. Lost it? Please contact us via the website “Contact Us” tab (select ParentPay).
- Add your child(ren). Link each child to your account following the on‑screen instructions.
- Top up and pay. Add funds and pay for items such as trips or school meals.
- Set alerts (optional). Turn on low‑balance alerts so you never miss a payment.

Cash top‑ups with PayPoint
Top up locally
- ParentPay has the largest local network (shops, garages, etc.) for cash top‑ups.
- Look for the yellow PayPoint sign and ask to top up your ParentPay account.

Enter your postcode to see nearby locations and opening hours.

- School queries (activation codes, items, balances): use the website “Contact Us” tab and choose ParentPay.
- ParentPay technical help: visit parentpay.com and see Help/Support.
- Phone payments: ParentPay is an online/cash‑top‑up service; phone payments aren’t available.
