DINING HALL	150 Capacity Seated
KITCHEN	This area is available for hire with the Concert Hall or Dining Hall and/or both

Minimum hiring time for all facilities is 3 hours. These prices are inclusive of Caretaking and Cleaning.

 

TIMES OF HIRE:	Concert Hall Dining Hall	Monday - Friday	Standard Hours 1700hrs - 2300hrs
	Concert Hall Dining Hall	Saturday & Sunday	Standard Hours 1000hrs - 2300hrs
	Kitchen	We welcome outside caterers and the kitchen is the ideal place to prep for the event	Standard Hours 0900hrs - 2200hrs

                                          

Costs for hire           

Concert Hall	150 – 300 persons	£65 per hour
Dining Hall	50 – 200 persons	£70 per hour
Kitchen & Dining Hall		£90 per hour
Cranford Suite *Please call venue for additional costs of hiring this facility		£100 per hour

*A member of the Kitchen Staff will be on duty to supervise only, during hiring times of the Kitchen and Dining Hall.  He/She will clean this area at the end of the let.

(There is a minimum hire of 3 hours for the halls and kitchen)

Set up and break down of tables and chairs	£50

Room Hire Charges

Room Hire (Approximately 30 desks per class)

£12 per class per hour (Maximum 30 people)
