Stunning A-Level Successes Summer 2019

Cranford conquers Warwick

Amongst Cranford’s tremendous success stories at A-level this year, three high fliers stand out.

Maeve D’Souza (A* A* A A), Teodor Jevtic (A* A* A*) and Shubhdeep Sethi (A* A A) who collected six A*s and four As between them are all off to Warwick University.

"We are delighted with the fantastic performances of our A level students this year" said Executive Headteacher Kevin Prunty.  "The students have worked extremely hard and we are very proud of their results. We have many students going off to Russell Group universities but Warwick does stand out as really benefitting this year. I don’t think the castle has been successfully taken since 1264 so I am pleased Cranford will now be flying its colours there and looking forward to seeing what all our amazing students go on to achieve.”

These are just a small selection of our high fliers this year.

  • Maeve D’Souza is off to Warwick University to study Physics and Maths after securing A* A* A A.
  • Teodor Jevtic scored A* A* A* - the highest grades possible and is also heading to Warwick to study Maths.
  • Rhea Rana who gained A* A A and will be going to study Mechanical Engineering at Nottingham University.
  • Shubhdeep Sethi who will be studying Maths at Warwick after securing A* A A.
  • Sukhpreet Gill who will be going to LSE to study Accounting and Finance having secured A* A A.
  • Cristiana Eftenoiu, Ali Sarwar and Sulaiman Hamid who all achieved straight A grades.

A huge thank you and well done to the students and their teachers.
